A Letter to the Principal of Your School Asking for provision of Library Facilities Which are Available to Students in Other Schools

Write a Letter to the Principal of Your School Asking for provision of Library Facilities Which are Available to Students in Other Schools.

To,

The Principal,

Name of Your School,

Address of Your School.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I beg to say that our school outshines other schools in sports events and cultural activities. But it has not been showing good results in academic field. I think, it is because it lacks library facilities which are available in most of the schools of Delhi.

There is no denying the fact that a good library is a must for every school these days. Carlyle has rightly said in this respect, “The true university of these days is a collection of books.” Indeed, a good library is a store-house of wisdom and knowledge. With reference books, we can master our subjects better. With newspapers and periodicals we can gather a lot of general knowledge. Science-magazines provide us basic knowledge of modern appliances and electrical gadgets.

I hope you will look into the matter personally and take necessary steps to provide library facilities to us.

Thanking you,

Yours Obediently,

XYZ
