To,

The Medical Superintendent,

XYZ General Hospital,

Delhi

Respected Sir,

I wish to bring to your kind notice towards the poor facilities in the XYZ  General Hospital. In fact, the conditions in the hospital are so bad that the patients count their days in the wards. What I noticed particularly, attending on a blood relative of mine, that important lifesaving drugs are not available in the hospital. We were advised to get them from the market. Sometimes by the time the medicines are brought from the market the condition of the patient becomes critical.

Besides, the nurses/ward boys of the hospital do not attend the patient regularly and whenever they come to administer medicine to the patients, they ill-treat them if they complain. To crown it all, the poor quality of food and insufficient quantity of water is given to the patients. Patients really don’t feel good in the hospital.

Due to above circumstances, I would request you to look into the matter personally and set the things on right track.

Yours faithfully,

Abhay Pratap Rana
