Dear Sir,

I am a member of the library from 2010. But, I have got my transfer orders to Chandigarh. I have to shift to that place in the next month. Therefore, I want to discontinue my membership of the library.

So, I request you to please refund my deposit money at the earliest. Necessary forms duly filled are submitted and all borrowed books have been returned on time.

Hoping to get the refund of deposit money at the earliest.
