Respected Sir,
I bring to your notice many lawless activities that are frequently going on in our area.
Hoodlums loom large in broad daylight and make life difficult. They stop cyclists and passers-by and rob innocent people at the point of pistol. Ruffians and goondas snatch gold chains from the necks of helpless young ladies. Anti-social elements lift things from the shops in broad daylight without the least fear of law and order. The things have come to such a pass that the ladies dare not come out for shopping when their menfolk are out at work. It seems that the law of jungle prevails and there is no law-enforcing machinery worth the name. Hence, the whole area is disturbed and panic-stricken.
Under such circumstances, I request you to depute some police personnel to the area to check this growing menace and to restore peace and confidence in the mind of people. I hope you will kindly mobilize your task force forthwith to crush these lawless activities of the outlaws.
