Subject : Irregular distribution of courier parcels/packets

Repsected Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to bring your kind attention towards the carelessness and irregularity in the distribution of mail in our locality in Anuradha Society, Delhi. This irregularity of the postal department is creating problem for many people in the society and forcing me to write this letter to you. A few weeks ago, I along with my cousin who is living in another city subscribed for a science magazine namely “Vigyan Pragati”. While my cousin is getting his copies of magazine on correct time, I have not yet received even a single copy of the subscribed magazine. In order to know the status, I first ask the post office regarding the issue and after that I gave a written complaint to the respective office of the postal department. In reply, they informed that my magazines are being delivered to my address regularly.

I think that postal department has lost my magazines somewhere in the transit as I have confirmed from the publisher that magazines are being picked up by postal department courier services on time. Publisher has also sent me the pick-up receipt for all orders. I am attaching the photocopy of it with this letter.
