My Respected Father,

I hope you are doing well there. At last my board exams are over. You will be happy to know that I have all my paper well and hope to get through with more than 90%. You wanted to know my plan that how I am going to spent my long summer vacation. I am happy to tell you that I have thought of a very important and socially useful work. Our school is going to organize a four weeks long State Service Volunteer Program during the summer vacations. I would love to join it with your permission.

In this program, there are lots of new things I could learn about society and social work.  I could also get a chance to work for remote areas villagers as this program includes a rural development program module.

During the four weeks stay, we shall take up the projects of rural development, literacy, health, awareness of diseases & precautions, and need of cleanliness. We’ll also aware people with some Govt. policies and their benefits.

I do hope you will approve me to join this program by the end of this week as I have to confirm my enrolment for this program.
