Respected Madam,

I am a student of class XII-B of your school. My name has been struck off the school rolls because I was absent for 20 days without giving any leave application. I apologize for not submitting a leave application, but I was really in family problem. My father was admitted in hospital ICU as he had a heart attack 21 days back. Since my father was admitted to the hospital and I was too busy to manage responsibility of my family at home as well as in hospital, I couldn’t submit the leave application. Now therefore, I request you to please readmit me in the school and I assure you of never repeating this incident in the future.
