Subject: – Misuse and poor maintenance of public park in our colony
Respected Sir/Madam,
Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I wish to bring the attention of the concerned civic authorities towards the misuse and poor maintenance of the Public Park in our colony.
Often, these parks are booked for marriage and social functions. After these functions, food, plastic plates, plastic bowls etc. are found lying here and there in the park and its boundaries. The grass is uprooted while pitching the tent in the park. The flowers are trampled over by the people who attend these functions. Thus the public park is badly destroyed. Only a part time gardener is appointed for the maintenance by the civil authorities. The park is treated like a dump-bin by some local persons as there is no security guard appointed by the civil authorities. Some goon type people also sit in the park to plan their criminal activities like snatching, looting etc.
So, I want you to please publish this problem in your esteemed newspaper so that civil authorities will take necessary actions to improve the maintenance of the park. I hope after this authorities will take necessary actions immediately.
