I want to bring to your kind notice the unsatisfactory working of our telephone no. XXXXXX547.
It has not been working properly for the last ten days. First, the incoming calls could be received, but outgoing calls were not possible. Sometimes bells starts ringing, but by the time we lift the receiver, the telephone is dead. Now it lies completely dead. Neighbours think that it is merely a show off. These unwanted remarks cast bad reflection on our social status.
We have lodge a number of complaints nut to no purpose. In the circumstance, we request you to direct your staff to do the needful. We hope you will take a prompt action in the matter.
