Subject: – Request for Generator Facility in our school
Respected Sir/Madam,
During the summer season, there is a frequent power cut in our city. This irregularity of the power supply is a big problem for all of our students and teachers. Students lose concentration on their studies due to frequent power breakdown and feel tired. This condition wastes our time as most of the time we just try to relief ourselves from the heat. Our teachers’ capability is also reduced due to this because they cannot deliver their 100% performance in the heating condition. In summer season, learning environment of our school is badly affected. As June month is coming, the situation is going to be worsen if we don’t resolve this issue. I suggest that a high power capacity generator can resolve this problem and make the condition back to normal.
I, therefore, request you to arrange for a high power capacity generator in our school. I believe that this arrangement will help teachers and students to deliver their 100% efforts and ultimately it will scale up the academic level of our school.
Please consider this request and resolve as soon as possible.
