The International Day of Yoga has been celebrated annually on 21 June since 2015.

Yoga concentrates on structured movement (Asanas) and breathing exercises (Pranayama). Yoga has numerous benefits. Yoga allows cleaning the mind and reaching a more peaceful life approach. It reduces stress and anxiety.  It improves mental health and also helps in curing mental disorders. Yoga is a therapy that helps in eliminating many physical and mental illnesses if practices regularly.

You can develop self-discipline and self-awareness from yoga. It helps in sharpening our mind and improving our intelligence. We can achieve a higher level of concentration through yoga. The best thing about yoga is that anyone can practice it, no matter what age is. It develops a higher level of patience and makes you calm and composed.
