Global warming is a phenomenon where the earth’s average temperature rises due to increased amounts of greenhouse gases. Greenhouse gases like Carbon Dioxide, Methane, Nitrous Oxide, and Ozone are the gases that cause climate change by trapping heat. Our atmosphere is getting hotter and more unpredictable because of the heat-trapping greenhouse gases within the upper layers of our atmosphere. The impact of global warming is extremely serious. Many hazardous effects will happen in the future if global warming continues.

Global warming has become a big problem. It is not happening because of a single cause but several causes. To solve a problem the first step is to identify the cause of the problem. The causes of global warming are both natural as well as manmade. Natural causes include volcanic eruptions and increasing greenhouse gases. Volcanic eruptions release a big amount of carbon dioxide and ash into the atmosphere and carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas that contributes to global warming. There are many manmade causes of global warming one of them is deforestation. Man is cutting trees for fuel, crop cultivation, and for many other reasons.

Pollution is another manmade cause of global warming whether it is industrial, vehicular, or electrical. The use of fertilizers is one of the leading causes of global warming as it produces harmful Nitrous Oxide.  But now we need to stop this. We have to think of ways by which we can prevent global warming. Global warming is a big issue and it needs to be solved. It deserves to be a huge priority.
