Teachers play an important role in our life. The future of a nation is in their hands. Teachers are our second parents. Each one of us has a favourite teacher whom we admire and are inspired by. They have had a significant impact on our lives in many ways. We all have at least one favourite teacher whom we admire and respect the most and my favourite teacher is my English teacher. Her name is Vibha and she teaches us English. She is my mentor, my role model, my guide and she is my friend as well. She has perfect command over English. She is my favourite teacher because she is very caring, humble and polite and all of the above she is a great human being.
Whenever we are not able to understand anything, she patiently teaches it again and again. She believes that only knowledge confined by the syllabus is not enough, she discusses topics beyond the syllabus and updated us with things happening around us in our daily lives. She treats everyone equally. I always look up to her and I want to be like her. She is very confident and that confidence is visible in her walk. She is not just my favourite teacher, but the whole class also likes her. She teaches us English and because of her, my marks are improved. I was very bad at English grammar but she helped me a lot, she used to give me extra classes after school.
And with her help and guidance, I scored the highest marks in English this year. I think no matter, where I go, I will never forget her and her advice. After two years, I will leave the school but I cannot leave her teachings and the values she taught me. I am always grateful to her.
