The Red Hen Moral Story

Once upon a time, in a beautiful countryside, there lived a little red hen named Rosie. Rosie was known for her hardworking nature and her love for gardening. She spent her days tending to her small patch of land, planting seeds, and nurturing her crops with care.

One day, while Rosie was scratching the earth for worms in her garden, she stumbled upon a few grains of wheat. Excited by her discovery, Rosie decided to plant the grains and grow a wheat crop of her own.

With determination and perseverance, Rosie worked tirelessly to tend to her wheat field, watering it, weeding it, and protecting it from pests. Despite the challenges she faced, Rosie never gave up, knowing that her hard work would eventually pay off.

As the wheat began to grow tall and golden in the summer sun, Rosie realized that it was time to harvest her crop. With no one to help her, she set to work, cutting down the wheat stalks and gathering the grains into bundles.

Exhausted but satisfied with her harvest, Rosie looked around for someone to help her thresh the wheat and turn it into flour. She approached the other farm animals – the cow, the pig, and the duck – and asked for their assistance.

But to her disappointment, none of the animals were willing to help. The cow said she was too busy grazing in the pasture, the pig said he was too busy rolling in the mud, and the duck said he was too busy swimming in the pond.

Undeterred by their refusal, Rosie decided to thresh the wheat herself. She worked tirelessly, beating the wheat against a stone until the grains separated from the chaff. It was a long and arduous process, but Rosie persevered, knowing that the flour would be worth the effort.

Finally, after hours of hard work, Rosie had a sack full of flour ready to be used. With a sense of pride and accomplishment, she baked a delicious loaf of bread from her own wheat and enjoyed it with a satisfied smile.

As Rosie savored her bread, she realized the valuable lesson she had learned – that hard work, perseverance, and self-reliance are the keys to success. She knew that she didn’t need the help of others to achieve her goals and that she could rely on her own strength and determination to make her dreams come true.
