Being clean and keeping our surroundings clean improves the quality of life. So, a person should always maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness. Parents and teachers should encourage the habit of cleanliness from early of kids. Kids should be encouraged to keep themselves as well as the surround clean.

Washing hands before and after meal, wearing clean and washed clothes, and brushing teeth twice a day are some basic steps to maintain personal hygiene. Our Prime minister Mr. Narendra Modi has launched the campaign “Swachh Bharat Abhiyan” on October 2, 2014, to promote cleanliness. We should support this initiative started by the Government of India. Cleanliness helps in bringing spirituality and concentration. Cleanliness is important for living a peaceful and healthy life.
