Prize Distribution Function of Your School Essays/Paragraphs/Articles in English Language For Student Exams.
Last year our school prize distribution function was held on the 10th of January. Preparations started many days earlier. The school was tastefully decorated. A canopy was put up in the school compound. Flower-pots were placed all along the corridor. A dais was erected at one end. There were rows of chairs for the gentry. Students sat on carpets. The president arrival at exact 3 p.m. He was introduced to the members of the school staff. The school band played a welcome tune.
The school scouts presented a guard of honour. The president was taken round the school. When the president entered the Pandal. All stood up as a mark of respect. The function began with a welcome song by two boys of the school. The student put up various items. Several boys recited poems in Hindi and English in melodious tones. After this, a short one-act play was staged. It held the audience spell bound. The students were applauded with cheers. Then the Principal read out the annual report.
The President rose to make a speech. He advised the boys to do better next year. Then he appreciated the progress of the school. He gave away the prizes. The Principal thanked the President and the audience. The program came to a close with National Anthem.
